I was in bad spot. I just need some financial advice. They turned me away. I found more help at another bank.
I'd cashed my school disbursement check at this location twice before without a BoA account, as I don't like BoA or banks in general. Generally, I just prove my ID with my state ID and a credit union card for a credit union i still have an account for. Apparently, this is no longer sufficient. I was denied because my school disbursement check didn't have my middle name on it. Fun fact: they never do. So, now I get to starve while dealing with this. Very very bad service all way 40 to 50 minutes in line
If your in selma, don't bank here. Get ready to stand in line for up to 30min everytime you visit. The Citibank branch in selma is far superior.
