If I could give this place a 0, I would. I went to this branch today to try to resolve an issue with an unknown person closing one of my accounts and removing all of the money from it. The guy at the front desk not only had NO compassion whatsoever for the situation, he had the audacity to make it seem like it was my fault for not updating from my maiden to my married name on the account. All of my other information was correct.
By far the worst customer service ever! I lost my business debit card and was attempting to make a cash deposit inside. The lady at the teller simply couldn't find my account. The manager walked up with a snappy attitude and said I was holding up his line, not my fault you only have one employee working. He said I needed to have my debit card and account information ready prior to getting to the window. Kinda hard when I lost my wallet with everything in it..
