Don't go to this bank. The workers and managers are very disrespectful and make you wait instead of helping you. Wort bank of america in El paso. Don't go. Better drive 20 miles away to get treated better. Shame.
I had an excellent experience at this Bank of America branch. The manager, Ivonne, was very professional and helped us out with everything we needed. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and made the whole process easy. The teller, Melissa, was also very helpful and attentive. Great customer service from both — truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness!
Absolutely horrible service! Every time I make a large deposit I come inside and it’s always someone with a attitude. Today I was in line and the next ine to be exact. The clerk said I’ll be right with you. Perfect so while she was away I started endorsing the checks I have on the little counter and some skinny bald dude from the front desk told me to step away from the counter rudely as if I was robbing the place. Do not deal with bank of America, i sold an item ,they sent me a cashiers check for the money with 13 watermarks on it.i asked to tellers at the bank they said it looked good.the next day my account was closed and I could not get a dime out.the check was fradulent,I thought that's what there job was to tell me if a check is bad or not, it was not my check or my fault,and they kicked me out by closing my account.i am a retired hospital worker and receive social security.how was I supposed to buy my medications, food ,pay bill... read more
