Awesome location! This location has some excellent individuals working here that are very knowledgeable when it comes to the business accounts. I had a small issue on my initial visit however, Monica Reyes one of the business solutions advisor talked with me and assured me that my issues would be resolved and it was!
Horrible customer service!
I've had small fraud charges on my account a few times before and Bank of America always shut them down immediately and was able to give me my money back with a quick phone call. But recently for the first time I had a large amount stolen, almost 2k and called BoA immediately and was able to get it locked down. BoA told me at the time that I didn't need to worry and there was no way that I wouldn't get the money back.
