Exceptional Service from Omar at Bank of America on Dyer St. I recently had to close my account at the Bank of America branch on Dyer Street, and I wanted to specifically commend Omar for the outstanding service he provided. Went to the dyer location to open a new account. We were greeted and told we have to wait for the 2 people waiting to be seen first, as they had appointments. Understandable. But then shortly after, a customer rep finished with a customer and chose to just walk around and talk to a co-worker. Then there was another rep chit chatting with the customers about life stories when the business transaction was completed. It wasn’t busy at all, we were the only ones waiting in the lobby.
