I visited this Bank of America (on Dyer) and was helped by Manuel Adame. He was very kind and helpful. He had a great attitude and genuinely cared and made me feel like I mattered. Its not every day that you meet someone like Manuel. Great experience!

Upon calling the store location directly.. they give an option to talk with someone directly in that bank.. I have not been on this call for about an hour and a half and no ones picking up... This is getting ridiculous... What happened to the good old days where customer service was the priority... Yesterday Aug 28th 2024 their ATM bugged out in the middle of a transaction., I was sent back to the initial welcome screen with no money withdrawn yet the app and bank say I withdrew the amount....

Bad customer service! This bank is lazyyyyyyyyy!!! they would not let me cash a check by Bank of America from my insurance company because they said the check did not contain my middle name! What a scam!!!
