Omg I just went to the bank on Friday, May 5th to cash a check and it was huge line! Only 2 windows were open and 35 people waiting. One of the windows was just for business people, so it made the whole process even slower! After 45 minutes of waiting, it was finally my turn and the employee was rude asking "who you bank with?" She got upset because I answered "I bank is Chase". She was loud and said "why they don't cash you check??" Omg � I was embarrassed and mad! � These employees are rude and have no education!!
Come here every week and the lines are always long. Anticipate a 30-40 minute wait no matter what time, what day, or what time of month. Takes me forever to do a company deposit because half the time the merchant line takes twice as long as the regular line! Staff is friendly, but the management is poor only hiring one teller to work a day.
Worst customer service when calling, supervisors are the worst. You can never get one on the phone. Been on hold for one for over 26mins
Been a customer all my life since 1972......
They take forever and try and push an account on me everytime I go in there.. It's annoying.. If I don't bank there, there is a reason!
