Terrible bank
Phone call with this branch was both frustrating and annoying. The person that helped me was well not helpful. I needed a simple name change and she wanted to send me paperwork (which i did already and usps lost it) I explained this, her response was “well I can get you an appointment tomorrow” why not today? “Well, I guess. Can you be here by 11:30 or 2:30? “ Wow this branch is so professional and customer friendly… more reasons why I don’t bank with this company
Due to all Bank of America banks closing in my city we had to travel to this Bank of America to add someone to an account. Before heading down I called this bank waited on hold for so long and the phone all was never picked up. I tried to schedule an appointment on the app and informed them it was impossible to get through with someone on the line and I spoke with someone in Florida and he told me I would be able to go in and get someone added that no appointment is necessary.
