I’m not sure what their big deal is about making cash payments with a teller for a credit card. But every time I’m there, I have to tell them like I understand I can, but I’d rather do it this way in I was just there the teller was pretty rude about how I can just make payments at the ATM machine I don’t want to make the payment there. I’ve had troubles in the past and I’ve explained this multiple times. Extremely rude teller, I went in to get change for my business, I was told I needed an account #, okay , first time in 8 years. She said in a condescending way "I'll make a one time exception, then another teller came up, and the person said to her, I've never seen her before" Then Both of them gave me dirty looks .Really, I've been in Customer Service for 40 years. I've never had any behavior from coming here before. Train your Persons that work with the pubic, Bank of America.
