Extremely rude teller, I went in to get change for my business, I was told I needed an account #, okay , first time in 8 years. She said in a condescending way "I'll make a one time exception, then another teller came up, and the person said to her, I've never seen her before" Then Both of them gave me dirty looks .Really, I've been in Customer Service for 40 years. I've never had any behavior from coming here before. Train your Persons that work with the pubic, Bank of America.
