Phone call with this branch was both frustrating and annoying. The person that helped me was well not helpful. I needed a simple name change and she wanted to send me paperwork (which i did already and usps lost it) I explained this, her response was “well I can get you an appointment tomorrow” why not today? “Well, I guess. Due to all Bank of America banks closing in my city we had to travel to this Bank of America to add someone to an account. Before heading down I called this bank waited on hold for so long and the phone all was never picked up. I tried to schedule an appointment on the app and informed them it was impossible to get through with someone on the line and I spoke with someone in Florida and he told me I would be able to go in and get someone added that no appointment is necessary. I went to "two" separate branches, to complete a simple "log in" task. The process was horrible but the reps were nice. Snapshot - Rep didn't have access for basic simple things on my acct (he had to exit screens, go to another screen, (rinse and repeat a lot to navigate my acct) - Rep had to call 800 and was on line for approx 20 mins to navigate to the dept to unlock my acct - Process is complicated, cumbersome and lengthy for basic tasks like password, Zelle email, log in (basic stuff). Professional and personable. Took a while to get with a representative, but got taken care swiftly.
I’m not sure what their big deal is about making cash payments with a teller for a credit card. But every time I’m there, I have to tell them like I understand I can, but I’d rather do it this way in I was just there the teller was pretty rude about how I can just make payments at the ATM machine I don’t want to make the payment there. I’ve had troubles in the past and I’ve explained this multiple times.
