BOA is forcing small business to not take checks anymore bc of the holds they put on. I have received thousands of dollars from the writer of the check in wires but the bank puts a 7 day hold on there check.Called the bank and the told us tough luck should have gotten paid by wire. we have already opened another account with another bank to move are funds there that are more friendly with small businesses. This happened every check we get and are company can not take this stress anymore.
No one answered the phone after 13 tries over a 30 min period. This banks customer service is terrible.
Great customer service!!! Paige was stellar… she went over and beyond to help me with my business account. Highly recommend her and Bank of America as a whole
