Excellent customer service, attention to detail, problem solving and kindness by all employees at this branch. Always a good experience when doing business there!!
I have been a customer with Bank of America since they took over Barnett Bank in our area over 30 years ago. Sad to see them all closing. Was going to deal with it and just have to drive to the next branch but today at this location was the last straw. Went in to deposit cash and apparently there is only one person in the bank that is allowed to handle money and she was on a break. While waiting another customer came in to close her box and they told her it would be about 45 minutes before somepne could help her even though ... read more
This bank was excellent and Christy and here co-worker helped me out of an awful situation and stayed after hours to help restore money to my bank account from fraud.
I’ve banked with BofA almost 20 yrs and I’ve never seen such a decline in customer service and basically nobody to talk to for help but the teller inside. It’s such a shame because I was going to transfer my account when I moved but now not so sure. All the BofA’s have shut down their drive thru, limited services, and a skeleton crew, plus more.
Tellers are nice sometimes when there is more than ONE
