Your atm blows literally can’t properly accept half of the cash I try to deposit
This branch used to be reliable. My recent visit was disappointing,the line moved slowly, staff seemed more interested in chatting than assisting the next customer, and when it was finally my turn I was told there would be a fee to cash a simple check. It felt unprofessional and inefficient compared to how this location used to run.
I’ve been with Bank of America for over 25 years. I want to close my account because the bank has turned into something. I don’t want anything to do with anymore. I’ve been to the bank in person twice trying to close the account. I had a balance of $51. My attitude was keep the $51.00, just close the account, Please! The last time I was there, they said I couldn’t close it by coming into the bank. I had to close it at the ATM.
