Cash teller was not available, waited 20 minutes to do a basic function at a branch, cash a check! Staffing your branch seems like a simple function of your Bank of America corporate banking system. How strange this experience was and is a signal of a larger problem with Bank of America. Having people use the atm to deposit cash instead of with a person. Also having to pay for this service since I am not a member is ridiculous.
Terrible customer service. The manager told me I had to come and do my store deposits twice a week because they have new systems. She isn't the boss of me, and she's not telling me how to do my job. Does she think I have all the time of the world to be coming in and wasting time with them. Every time you come, there's always a line and only one teller. Not the greatest experience. People are definitely on salary here. U can tell they don't care as much.
