Reopen already. Totally unacceptable.
Most banks are open by now, not this one. I have a safe deposit box with them and haven’t been able to use it for over a year.. I also have a business account and have a hard time driving to other branches to deposit my checks.I am closing all my accounts with Bank of America.
This branch continues closed even non essential business are reopening. I can not access the safe deposit box. I called customer service number and they would not be able to help! If they are not going to open this branch, they should move the safe to other branch! Bad service!
Absolutely the worst customer service out there. If you want to talk with your bankers or anyone in the branch forget it, I called 10 diff. times no answer (try it if you like, see for yourself). I opened an account there a year ago. If you go to a branch there is always line, so slow on the teller side and there's one banker and she's never available.
