Very poor customer service curt and cut me off!
Poor customer service, and refused to help me fix a transaction. "Due to new system" typical out. The same kind of fix I was able to get at any other branch I've been to, it just takes a moment to cancel the previous transaction, and make another. The guy didn't want to take the time to help.
Called over 5 times and finally get a hold of i believe mindy. I ask about assistance with a representative to help create a business account and immediately get hung up on from what it sounded like. I called immediately after thinking maybe it was either my end or their end but still now answer. This isnt including the time i personally went in and asked about it. Im sure they're doing great on their KPIs..
