Not sure what's wrong with this branch, but they're slow and error prone. I've been here four times over there last six months on behalf of my elderly mom, and I would never choose to do business here.
Never answer their phones and when they accidentally do- they hang up on you
Rude workers and rude customers that act more entitled than the bank they are with.
This is the worst branch I have ever dealt with. Went in on September 13th to open an estate account on behalf of my mom. Diego took all the information and told me it would be 3-5 days for their legal department to ok it. It is now October 2nd. After numerous phone calls to the branch over the past 5 days and texts (that go directly to his email according to him), unanswered phone calls to that same number and still nothing.
