They open at 9 AM and I called at 9:02 AM. The line said it was busy but how is it busy if you guys just opened two minutes ago. I called again two hours later still nobody picked up. I've been with bank since I was 18 & I am now 24 and never had these kind of problems. I have a replacement card coming in the mail, but it's been past the business days and if I don't get assistance, I will be coming up there
Just a terrible experience every time we go in there. Bank somewhere else people.
Just a week before Christmas I go to this location to get cash. I tell the teller my card is having issues. She tells me I need to order a new card on my phone. I ask her if it will disable my current card, because the tap to pay still works and I was going Christmas shopping She puts her finger up as to shush me. I do as told and in fact my card did stop working making it impossible to purchase things for Christmas while shopping. Do better!
Can you please fix the times open on Saturday?, I came at 10:30 am and you are closed. Please be considerate, do not make people waste their time. Thanks!
