Horrible service. Tried to open a new account with them and they treated us terrible. I had my elderly parents there and my father had trouble verbally conveying why he was there after we already explained (was none of their business why we wanted to open an account) and two representatives assumed we were ripping off my father and refused our service. Together we have close to a million in our accounts combined and we’re embarrassed by their approach! Noland rd independence BOA AVOID!
