Came to this location to get a document notarized. The document was refused for an unknown reason that could not be agreed upon. Me taking the time to ask questions on how to get it resolved resulted in the branch manager getting loud & standing over me with his hands clasped together. Threatening to call police. I asked him to so that I could feel safe enough to gather my documents without the MANAGER yelling & standing over me while I’m seated. don’t open an account here you’ll NEVER be able to call this bank. that’s very unprofessional for a BANK to not answer their PHONES.

Update Can I get a email address for the manager over this branch so I can email directly. I've been trying to reach a live person at this branch and no one answers the phone. Meet with a lady two weeks ago to get something notarized and two weeks later nothing in the mail. They don't even answer their phone where I can talk to someone. Not happy!
