They don’t answer the phone. They can’t make change. They can’t take more than 3 deposits without catching a whole attitude. I could hear the change in attitude from the teller between me and the person in front of me. What did I do wrong? Will close my account so I don’t have to come to this location anymore
Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Do not bank here unless you enjoy being talked down to like a child for policy changes they don't make you aware of beforehand. Wouldn't hire the staff to clean toilets let alone deal with people and their bank accounts.
Torin was so helpful and funny! he made our first impression amazing and we had such a good conversation, it was the best customer service experience I have ever had anywhere someone give this man a raise!
