Today I came into The branch to make a few changes on my account. The banker Ashley was amazing and went above and beyond my expectations for help. The tellers in this branch are also very helpful, attentive and informative. The teller Craig at this branch informed me that I could save money on my accounts if they were changed into a different type of account. I love that there is a person at the front door waiting to greet you and get you into the right location that you’re needing.

Don’t cash a check here especially if you really need it. Due to their new weird policy they’re trying to “protect” you and will hold funds for a week.Meanwhile these same protections aren’t applied for the amount of unauthorized purchases they allow to happen. I would’ve been better off going to Walmart , most definitely going to go a different route of another bank option
This bank sucks! Bank of America as a whole is garbage but this branch takes it to a new level of unhelpfulness & just being worthless.
