Don't ever cash a check there!!!! My check won't be available in my account until a whole week later from when I cashed it. I was told 2 business days. Bank of America is the absolute worst bank I have ever banked with. I Highly Do not reccomend. I needed these funds for a family emergency and I'm still currently waiting.
Had an absolutely amazing experience at this branch. Was looking to create an account and met with Rachel and Laura. They were both so lovely and helpful, Rachel explained everything thoroughly and I now have a much better understanding of how to achieve financial success. Very happy to bank here and know I’m in such capable hands!
Edit: I went back in person again today and Ashley was able to help me. She’s fantastic. I was helped as soon as I got there. Will be coming back to her again!
I would not recommend using there ATM for cash deposits. It took my money and failed to deposit it into my account. Now I’m stuck waiting for an investigation to get my own funds back. This is unacceptable and has made me lose confidence in using this ATM.
