Really nice staff. Rachel Harper is very professional and helped me with every issues I’ve had.
Unfortunately, I can’t say what I received today qualified as customer service. There was clearly a lack of communication and notification, which led to some errors and financial loss that could have easily been avoided.
The person who helped me is the best, Rachel is the best.
Today I came into The branch to make a few changes on my account. The banker Ashley was amazing and went above and beyond my expectations for help. The tellers in this branch are also very helpful, attentive and informative. The teller Craig at this branch informed me that I could save money on my accounts if they were changed into a different type of account. I love that there is a person at the front door waiting to greet you and get you into the right location that you’re needing.
