Time wasting bank
I used to love this bank but in the last week they have been awful! They put a hold on my employer check for suspicion? I've had direct deposit for 10 years! It bounced my mortgage payment, so my mortgage company resent the check and I had to borrow money and deposit it and it was covered, got my deposit receipt everything was fine, 3:30 today I have a huge credit because they bounced it!! Awful customer service I was told they would cash my check, it is a Bank of America check. The lady wrote all over it making it impossible to cash anywhere else and did not cash it I drove over an hour to get there after being told on the phone they could cash it without issues. Will never be doing business with them.
