Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Do not bank here unless you enjoy being talked down to like a child for policy changes they don't make you aware of beforehand. Wouldn't hire the staff to clean toilets let alone deal with people and their bank accounts.
Torin was so helpful and funny! he made our first impression amazing and we had such a good conversation, it was the best customer service experience I have ever had anywhere someone give this man a raise!

Time wasting bank
I used to love this bank but in the last week they have been awful! They put a hold on my employer check for suspicion? I've had direct deposit for 10 years! It bounced my mortgage payment, so my mortgage company resent the check and I had to borrow money and deposit it and it was covered, got my deposit receipt everything was fine, 3:30 today I have a huge credit because they bounced it!!
