Ms. Taniesha Cowley, the Relationship Banker, was very polite and helpful with setting up and modifying my accounts. I appreciate her expertise and conversations. Other bank personnel were very polite and helpful as well. It is a blessing to be in the presence of all the kindness and warm welcome this bank gives to not only me, but other customers I saw as well.
I had great experience with TANIESHA COWLEY( relationship banker ) she was very professional ,friendly,happy person, easy to talked to. She explained to me everything clearly she answered all my questioned. Place was nice and cleaned .All employees are very friendly and happy ! Dear Bank of America, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your branch. Even though there was a notary present and no other customers waiting, I was refused a notarization for a document I urgently needed. As a customer, I expected a more efficient and customer-friendly service, as you advertise.
