Super friendly and great service. The manager is very welcoming, and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable.
It never seems to fail in this area @ this bank! Been in the ATM line for 15-20 minutes. Get the the ATM and it can’t dispense cash. While the other ATM is being serviced by Loomis and the young man can’t say how long it’s going to be before he’s done. NOT to mention that the inside isn’t open! This has to get better! Maybe service your ATM machines before 5am. That way my day and others might go smoothly!
I give this center a 0/10. As a client who has banked with Bank of America for over 15 years, I have never experienced customer service like I did at this branch on August 2nd. During my entire visit, only one employee spoke to me. The manager, Adam (whose name I learned by overhearing Alicia introduce him to another client), never said a word to me.
