I just sat down with Taniesha Cowley whom was very professional, informative, and kind. Everyone was very welcoming.
I was having an issue signing into my on line banking. The screen that came up was not familiar to me. All effort on my part to figure what the issue was failed. So I went to my local branch and the very nice young lady so graciously spent time to figure out the issue. So many KADOS to Jennifer. Your help us do appreciated. Taniesha Cowley (Relationship Banker) was wonderful to work with. She was friendly and put me at ease right away. She worked through the process of setting up a new debit card for one of my accounts. And she chatted with me about other things which made the time go faster. I was in and out of the bank in much less time than expected. A great experience! One reason I do all my banking through Bank of America!
Ms. Taniesha Cowley, the Relationship Banker, was very polite and helpful with setting up and modifying my accounts. I appreciate her expertise and conversations. Other bank personnel were very polite and helpful as well. It is a blessing to be in the presence of all the kindness and warm welcome this bank gives to not only me, but other customers I saw as well.
