Went in to close an account that I’d inherited, and wound up almost sad to have done so. Raia a CSR provided superlative customer service, and was very thorough in following SOP. BoA should consider Raia an asset to the branch. Took off a star because the branch mgr or asst mgr advised a teller to take a customer next who was seated and not on the business line because she has trouble walking. And the teller then promptly forgot.
