Went into the local branch to get change for 300$ in tens and twenties. The teller refused because I didn't have my debit card with me. My driver's license was not an acceptable form of I.D. As an account holder and shareholder of BOA I find this completely unacceptable. Please, if you read this take your business elsewhere. Well done Port Orange branch of BOA.

Can't deposit money at the atm. What a crappy bank. People need to pay their bills, but can't put money IN the bank. This is not the first time. Maybe spend some money on your equipment, it seems to have lots of issues! It is now October 21st trying to put money in the bank again and this time it took the money but didn't deposit it to my account it's jammed in the machine which is still malfunctioning so now I'm out my money one more time and have to file a claim and wait to get it in a couple days this is not acceptable
Staff was friendly and very helpful! Thank you for making us feel important and not like we were a number or just another account.
