Went in to get change for my business and got in the business clients line. Waited a few minutes and a lady that worked there, didn’t greet me but told me the business teller went to lunch that I will have to get in the other line (behind 3 waiting people) and they only had one teller. Not a very friendly atmosphere. Will stick to my other branch!

Im a regular @ this Branch and have always had great Service.they welcome you in immediately & ask what your needs are,then direct you to the rigjt person.Ive never even had long wait .Always fully staffed .Today ,Louise, the Financial Mgr was there & and answered all my questions about new changes on online banking APP. Vanessa Peraza was very patient in helping me set up Biometrics .This BOA Branch is my favorite of all. Ive been to.AND they are OPEN.on SATURDAY!!! Such a convenience for us working people
