Management and Staff are uneducated on the laws for video taping from the public sidewalk. And called the cops on law abiding citizens on the public sidewalk.
I recommend considering alternative banking institutions. My recent experience involved a delay exceeding ten business days for the clearance of a Wells Fargo cashier's check, despite my two-decade tenure as a customer. Our last two Saturday visits over the last six months have been exhausting at the Ormond Beach Granada location. Very simple transactions both times took an hour each. I won't mention names, but they don't know how to perform the simplest transactions at the desk. Both times we saw problems with the printers, iPads and computer. Multiple overrides each time. AllWay'z accommodating
Went in to get change for my business and got in the business clients line. Waited a few minutes and a lady that worked there, didn’t greet me but told me the business teller went to lunch that I will have to get in the other line (behind 3 waiting people) and they only had one teller. Not a very friendly atmosphere. Will stick to my other branch!
