Jazmyne Wright, Relationship Banker, was SO helpful for us today as we ran into a logistical hiccup while trying to shift over ownership of an account. We had to come back RIGHT before they were set to close, and she already had all our info pulled up and ready to go for us to make it as quick and painless and possible! The branch was also super clean and not very busy, so giving them credit for that too! Thanks for all your help, Jazmyne! :)
Website said the bank is open at 9 but the lobby does not open until 10. Had to wait an hour. Wells Fargo opens at 9. BOA banking hours are hard for working people
