I had lost my debit card. I came into the bank for service, The bank manager had Stephanie help me. Stephanie was wonderful. She overnighted a new card for me...waived the fee. In addition, she set me up on GOOGLE WALLET. I avoided this bank in the recent past because of bad service, but now I will come back because of Stephanie. Thank you Stephanie!!!!!
I don't like the manager there. She walks around with that freaking IPAD and asks for your information before you see a financial advisor. Then, when you speak to a financial advisor, she evesdrops on your dealings. This institution is notoriusly slow on service. Including the manager. I told the manager off without raising my voice. Anyway, I avoid this place altogether.
The notary Stephanie de Jesus is excellent, good customer service, thank you for your customer service and professionalism.
No one picks up the phone, often understaffed
