Good costumer service
Hard to get to from the I5
Horrible bank. Everything takes too long. No hospitality. Low effort. Needs huge improvements in management and employee attitudes. At least get to know your clients and/or show that you care. Lots of room for improvement.
Stood in line for 15 minutes and was told they will take business accounts first. Only one teller and their answer is you can’t do this on line. I want to deal with a human being!! Manager should be fired for no personal customer service.
Adding to this review. The branch manager, Miguel spent some time talking to me and was extremely vested in hearing my comments and feedback. He did not that the below experience was not the way the conduct business and was regretful that I had a negative banking visit. I feel that this manager truly listened to the feedback provided on both the survey sent out and this platform and acted quickly on finding a solution so that this does not happen again.
