Another glowing review for Lili Saki. Had a very complex banking issue that other branches could not help with. After reading other reviews here, I went to the Danville branch in downtown. Was fortunate enough to run into Mrs. Saki and she, along with Nidhi Khanna, were able to recognize my troubles and resolve all the banking issues. Nidhi made the entire process seamless from the start by helping me schedule my appointment and ensuring everything was well organized. Lili, the branch manager, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed smoothly. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine customer care truly set them apart. This is by far one of the best banking experiences I’ve had!
