Good fast service
Stay Away! Worse customer service and I would know I have been with them for 20 years. Shame on me for not leaving earlier. Every time I have a need outside of the normal they can’t handle it. I can’t tell you how many times they told me they don’t have enough cash on hand. I told them I may leave and they were like ok, CRAZy

The worse BofA staff and branch. Came in for a wire transfer and they had to schedule an appointment for the next day. Take your business elsewhere. Maryam the person there is the absolute worse!!!!
Beware of this Bank of America. They will not give you access to your fund once it reaches a decent amount. I tried transferring my own hard earn money several times but they kept on denying it. Despite numerous attempts, all my wire transfer requests have been rejected. Despite visiting the bank multiple times to resolve this issue, I was informed that while I can deposit funds into my account, I am unable to make withdrawals.
