For some reason, the magnetic strip on my card does not work in their ancient ATM machines. They closed the good ATM kiosk on Balfour Road that had the tap feature. This one doesn’t work even though I never use the magnetic code. When I called their customer service number I spoke to them five different times. They never could make it work. I had very disappointing experience with one the banker Neesa. I went there to open a new account. She was very rude and not supportive. She was just sitting there and didn’t even explain me the types of accounts they have for new clients. I was asking her questions to explain me what they have for new clients. Bad experience at all
