It’s not good branch . Don’t go this branch
I was boldly lied to by the bank manager Franky!! I have banked with Bank of America for nearly 10 years. The way I was treated by this branch and customer service just cost you all a small business account and a personal account which is over 100k in balance! You’ll never get to treat me that way again! I’ll be going to your competition instead!
Recently visited this branch. Kristina have listened my issues with ample time and solved my problems. She is very professional and helpful towards customer. Also there was no queue. Overall very good experience in this BOFA location. Also I went there 2nd day for other check deposits and Tawnya Smith was very helpful to process it smoothly. I heard this branch is now under different management and it is no doubt they are doing a great job.
