Every visit to this branch is a delight! The ambiance is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly efficient—I’ve opened both a credit card and a savings account, each taking under an hour. Parking is convenient, and while the system occasionally has issues, the team resolves them quickly and smoothly. Great people always have a great experience, but they never answer there phone at that branch automated service can not help me with what I need.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Monica and Anna refused to take ANY responsibility for a lost deposit. They BOTH refused to provide contact information for aUPS tracking info and seen incapable of understanding why I could not sit at home indefinitely waiting for a signature required delivery of the check. RUDE AS HELL. No BASIC CSR SKILLS.
