Since my last review of 3 stars for limited access, b of a has made zero changes. They still only have 1 branch with an atm that only works half the time. Time to switch to a credit union. Easier to drive to a credit union out of town than it is to access this branch that doesn't even have working atm when I arrive
Just bad customer service I regret opening an account there.
I've always had good experiences when I go inside.
