I’m not surprised at all this bank has poor reviews. I’m tired of BOA telling me there is fraud activity when there isn’t. They are stealing money from me, and they (mostly Zelda) think this is okay to do to customers. How can they see my transactions but say I have no access to my account? I will be leaving this bank. They help NO ONE. I hope they imagine if their own bank steals their money they’d be as frustrated as I am. I’m done with BOA harassing me.
