My husband and I are business owners. Walked in asked to speak to someone who can help us out with our account. The gentleman told us have a seat we will be with you in a few minutes. We waited 2 hours I got up asked the gentleman at the desk when are we next told me he didn’t know what I was talking about and tried giving me the runaround saying no one put our company name down . He didn’t try to fix the situation or bother sending us to a personal banker . They are extremely unprofessional .

No así con Dalila tiene poco tiempo allí y yo en 21 años de cliente en bank of America puedo decir que no estoy contento con la manera en la cual Dalila nos atiende , aveces se rie sola cuando nos ayuda , bueno pueden revisar los vídeos cuando ella atiende y lo verán también aunado a ello no provee satisfacción su ayuda
Why does the actual website claim to have y'all open on Martin Luther King Jr day, it's literally not on the website for days your closed. It is a massive inconvenience and I wasted $20 in gas believing I would be able to go have a check cashed.
