Últimamente han cambiado de personal , Mayte y María son muy profesionales , amables y sobre todo excelentes en las transacciones. No así con Dalila tiene poco tiempo allí y yo en 21 años de cliente en bank of America puedo decir que no estoy contento con la manera en la cual Dalila nos atiende , aveces se rie sola cuando nos ayuda , bueno pueden revisar los vídeos cuando ella atiende y lo verán también aunado a ello no provee satisfacción su ayuda
Why does the actual website claim to have y'all open on Martin Luther King Jr day, it's literally not on the website for days your closed. It is a massive inconvenience and I wasted $20 in gas believing I would be able to go have a check cashed.
I went to the bank along with my daughter a couple of days ago and my daughter asked for a bank draft payable in Canada. The girl at the counter (left corner counter) was not aware of what the bank draft is though she suggested to send money to Canada by wire transfer. Since wire transfer is relatively expensive and I said no for wire transfer. I asked her to check with someone else what draft is. She came back with the gentleman. Bank teller Diana and Maria refused to cash my check that I’ve been cashing at the same place for over 9 months. Ridiculous! Obviously the bank tellers are NOT informed how to perform their jobs properly, after 25 minutes of waiting for confirmation whether or not my check can be cashed I left directly to the Bank of America on Gonzalez and cashed it no problem!!
