This is the worst experience I had this location didn’t wan to help my mom that didn’t speak English just to change her adress and order new card December 29/2025 12.07 pm I don’t know her name didn’t care to ask cuz she told me she can even help her the whole day even if she wait cuz they got appointments already and so they had not even one person to help her for 15 minutes I hate Bank of America I have to close my account too cuz of their service and not helping customers when they need help
We had an appt and juts because we were 5 minutes late we were push away when they take walk in ugh these person name Vanessa she said we are sorry there is someone already in and they are going to bet here more than an 1hr than when we were walking out the customers also went out who can explain me these rude or because he was an a wheel chair and don’t depends on himself ?
