I had an excellent experience working with Barbara Cruz. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Barbara took the time to walk my wife and me through all of our choices, ensuring we found the absolute best options for our needs. Her exceptional service made a real difference, and we highly recommend her!
This is discrimination based on my appearance. This bank needs to be shut down it is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff are rude and dismissive, constantly brushing me off. They claim they are too busy to help me, yet I am the only customer here. There are no managers available, and I have already been waiting over three hours just to get help from one.

This is the worst experience I had this location didn’t wan to help my mom that didn’t speak English just to change her adress and order new card December 29/2025 12.07 pm I don’t know her name didn’t care to ask cuz she told me she can even help her the whole day even if she wait cuz they got appointments already and so they had not even one person to help her for 15 minutes I hate Bank of America I have to close my account too cuz of their service and not helping customers when they need help
