Truly a terrible bank. I went in to open a court protected minor account. After some wait their doc team said I needed an acceptance letter. This letter they are speaking about doesn't exist in the context of this type of account as confirmed by the judge and my lawyer. The judge went so far as to refer to the bank as idiotic in a teams conference of 14 people.
