Drive through ATMs doesn’t accept deposit so I have to go inside and wait for the line but finally McKenzie. She helped me with my deposit. She was so professional customer service so I gave her five stars and one star for the ATM.
The service is terrible??? Business clients window never available??? I don’t have any other option otherwise I will not do business with this location
You have a business line to support the business customers. Although you refuse to use the business line and force the business customers to wait in line delaying us from getting back to our retail stores to make more money. Way to support your business clients … just remove the sign if you’re not going to support it.
I went to this bank to change my name and get a new card with my new last name. Received the card today… with my old last name. I went to make another appointment and what do you know, this bank no longer accepts appointments.
