I’ve visited this branch three times in the last three days to add someone to my account, and each time I’ve been told the wait would be 30–40 minutes, despite the branch appearing completely empty. The explanation was that they had appointments scheduled to come in (5 mins after I arrived), but after sitting there for 20 minutes, no one ever arrived. They have an ATM inside (just learned that!) so if you don’t like using outdoor ATMS, and you don’t want to stand in line for cash, you can go inside & be out in under a minute.
