I’ve been to this Bank of America twice within one week for a cash advance, and both times they were unable to help me. The ATM does not work with my card for cash advances, which I’ve already explained and they’ve even tried themselves. Today I went in at 4:50 PM, and Selena told me the cash advance machine had “died.” Now, I’m no genius, but if it died, why can’t it be charged? Horrible costumer service and management worst I just needed to make a business deposit and the lady told me that they don’t do that even do I brought the card of Bank of America and I brought money for the deposit she told me to just go the atm and make the payment there and I explained that I neeeded to put the exact amount that included cents I have try in the atm but you can’t is obviously and I know they can do it every month I go make that exact payment and she is like we dont do that more than 3 years ago she was supp... read more

I went to this Bank to place of deposit that would not work on the outside ATM. Unfortunately there was only one teller working. And she was trying her hardest. But the line was just so long. However, there were three people walking around in the lobby, not assisting her at all. How unfortunate.
