I had the pleasure of speaking with Racene R the assistant manager at this branch, she was very personable and professional all at the same time, her customer service was amazing, I truly appreciate you Racene for helping me.
I’ve had to a cash two checks in person here due to the mobile app not recognizing the information. Each visit tellers made comments about the checks because they were getting many people coming in to cash the same checks. One check was from our employee Christmas bonus and another from my tribe for a one time payment. It’s common for many people to go to this bank because it is closest to our home area (which is an hour away.) This Bank of America atm steals your money and gives you a receipt telling you to call the machine and the manager inside refuse to gives you your refund tells you to call the 1800 number and now they are telling me I have to wait 10 days and they can’t do anything. We are sending local news to pay these crooks a visit! Bank of America is a scam be aware specially with this location the staff is useless and all has mental issues .
