Worst customer service branch. They say they close at 5pm but really they close at 4. Nobody wants to help after that. Terrible branch

Where do I start? Had all my money in my bank account swiped by someone in California, a few weeks before Christmas. BOA said I wouldn’t see my money for 90 days while they investigated!!! I am a single mom and literally had no money right before Christmas. Keep in mind I have been a loyal customer to them for over 13 years! 13!!
