I went to Bank of America today expecting a quick cash advance on my business credit card, something that usually takes less than 10 minutes at other banks I've used without any problems. I waited over 30 minutes, and their machine wasn't even working properly for me. No clear explanation, no quick resolution - just wasted time and frustration. Been with BOA for close to 15 years. Customer service and attitude here is terrible. As a paying customer with several accounts, I came in requesting help with a wire transfer for a large purchase. I was told to do it myself, I said I wanted assistance because it was a big purchase and wanted to make sure everything was inputted and done correctly. First I’d like to say I’m from out of town Santa Paula to be exact. Last night I had to deposit some cash into my account on our way home from running errands well long story short after I used this ATM I had multiple suspicious activity on my account charging over $2,000. I believe one of the ATM’s has a skimmer. I have never had this problem, never use other ATM’s but the one in SP. Be careful yall.
