while things are decent there. the fact i was told it should not be much of a problem with most likely not having a hold on my deposited check especially they have good standings with the bank on the check. i now have to wait over a week for a sudden hold to lift. considering my family and i are in an emergency state, we need that money asap. the wife and kids are over seas. i keep calling constantly even staying on the phone, going back to the menu as to not hang up several times. not even a "hold for just a min" or anythin... read more

I recently opened a new checking account at this bank with Cynthia. I ordered checks indicating I only wanted 40, as I write very few AND they charge a ridiculous amount. I received 80 checks and was charged double the amount I agreed to. I have left messages with Cynthia 3 times over the last 2 weeks, indicating I want credit for the 2nd set of checks I did not order, and have received NO response or credit to my account. I went there in my pajamas, scared and emotional The women there helped me through getting my money and x off my accounts, it was a bit hard because I had an order of protection. I felt like these women rallied around me.
