Idk why the reviews are so low here, but I went in at peak time fully expecting a line, and I waited about 2 seconds to be helped by wonderful Mo. She was quick, friendly and made my tasks easy!
Very disappointed. I’ve been a Bank of America customer for years and had my accounts closed with little explanation. After all the time I’ve banked with them, I expected better communication and customer service. This experience has completely changed my opinion of the bank, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
