Bank of America is horrible. Never answer their phones. Why do I bank with them? Waste of time. 😡😡😡 There's no confusion on my part. Bank of America, just sucks. Chime banking is better.

I went in to deposit a cashiers check from my parents estate on the 8th and they told me funds will be available on the 15th. I also got notice that it would be available on the 15th. I went to see if the $ was there because I arranged contractor's to be working on my house and needed to give them some of the $. It wasn't there, I thanked find out that the money was now not going to be available until the 19th! I called customer service and they were no help...basically I have to wait until they verify the funds are there. T... read more
Bank has openly given my money that was supposed to be protected to Easy Pay Finance and it muststop now. See you in am tomorrow. Mad and quite angry. Bye
