Talk about being incompetent. Today 11/29/24 Hispanic representative on shift was extremely rude and had no facts to back up anything she was saying. Misinformed me twice which was clarified by a live chat representative. “You’re doing something wrong” I asked her what I was doing wrong and if she could give me direction. She wouldn’t tell me because she didn’t know herself. Please stay away from BAO as a whole but specifically this location.
