Bank of America . People shouldn't be working in a bank if they don't have the customer service in them. S.A shame

MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A BANK.
Their hours are the worst. Most people are working during their open hours, 10 to 4, people who need to cash their check are unable to. It's not even open on Saturdays, which would help a little. I get that they reduce their hours because that way they don't want to provide benefits to their employees, which is horrible, but that also interferes with their customers. If this doesnt change I may need to change banks.
