They literally make nothing easy here. It is complicated in every way. Long lines. Won’t easily cash a check just awful awful BOA
I don't understand why they have so many employees, yet it takes a very long time for customers to get served. There are always two employees at the entrance who welcome you in the best possible way—which is great—but they take far too long to attend to the customers.
Worst banking service.. put a wire transfer, they did a fraud check and cancelled it. I had this bank for over 18 years and I am done. They are the worst, does back and forth and then making decisions on their own. I will be going sonewhere
Great friendly staff
These associates were VERY helpful in getting my family estate checking account established and a bank card issued. I also appreciate their convenient hours on Saturdays.
