These associates were VERY helpful in getting my family estate checking account established and a bank card issued. I also appreciate their convenient hours on Saturdays.
Just spent 25 minutes waiting for 5 rolls of quarters. This is the most unprofessional branch I have visited, and BOA bar is very low. Eight employees two customers. 25 minutes. Just awful. Unacceptable treatment.
Bank employees were shady and less than forthright. They made up some nonsensical claim about one of the characters in check as a reason not to cash it. I contacted client, and they told client they would cash it. After I waited in line again they would not cash it. The client was livid and made a trip herself to the bank to get me cash. What business are these “bankers” in?
They do not have enough tellers inside the bank and the line moves very slowly.
