It should be 0 stars. This bank location is horrible... They expect you to an bank rep for a simple pin change. Why?? This should not leave simple task to bank representatives, they should be left to the tellers, no degree needed for this. Wanted to wait hour for a pin change?? Ridiculous. This helps me affirm i should be changing banks.
Con la tecnología que hay ahora, prefiero el tiempo de antes de papel y lápiz. Hacen tantas preguntas y no es posible hablar con un ser humano. Un ser humano que pueda dialogar con un cliente y así hablando nos entendemos mejor.Que pena que la tecnología no funciona con el público actual.
What a bad service they have in this location. 1 person to do everything. The worst bank. If you need money go to the ATM because thats the only thing that works ok. They should close this location. Never again.
