Staff fails to show appreciation and displays poor demeanor; furthermore, they’re not fully informed of the banks products. In addition, was not told of fees. All of this even with an empty branch. Absolutely unacceptable
Llevamos siendo clientes de Bank of America casi 8 años y llevamos 4 con cuenta de negocio. Pero estoy pensando en irme pues no ayudan ni a las pequeñas empresas…otro tema es que llamo y llamo por teléfono y no responde me tuve que presentar en persona y estaban vacíos. No entiendo la falta de profesionalismo del lugar. Si no cambian pronto va a ir a peor…. Un horror.
