Worst customer service. Went to bank to open bank account they asked me to take an appointment even though I see bankers available and asked me to come next day. When I went next day to open the account the banker made pull up my phone and register everything online. I don't know if I do everything online why is he sitting there? What is the point to go to the bank by appointment and open the account. Don't waste your time there are better service banks than this crap. Totally disappointedÂ
Nice people but below standard service. Don't answer phone and no way to leave a message for return call. Staff only seemed to know the very basics.Â

Since my account with Bank of America has been closed, I have been trying to get access to money in a Merrill Edge Account that I opened while banking with Bank of America. They helped me with what they could. Very friendly staff. They are a little understaffed but were quick to help with my needs.Â
