Customer Service Very poor . I was charged for checks that have always been free checking . After inquiring about checks charge by phone I was told that they would wave the check fee. I was lied to they charged me. Very poor customer service ! Buyer beware ! I have been a Bank of America customer for over 20 years very unethical practices!
main location and good parking slow teller service even on visit during quiet times when there is not much crowd .
