I'd give zero starts if I was able. I went to this branch on Friday, January 16, to close an account. I arrived at approximately 1:30 PM. There was one person ahead of me waiting for a notary. When the woman with long brown hair in the far-right corner office finished with her prior appointment, she took the person waiting for the notary at around 145 PM.
