Customer Service Very poor . I was charged for checks that have always been free checking . After inquiring about checks charge by phone I was told that they would wave the check fee. I was lied to they charged me. Very poor customer service ! Buyer beware ! I have been a Bank of America customer for over 20 years very unethical practices!

I run millions of dollars through Bank of America. I have a business account. My husband has a business account. We both have personal accounts and we have joint accounts. I came with my mom last week to try to open up a checking account to give you guys more money. There were empty offices but yet you told me that we had to wait until 2 o’clock, which was four hours to simply open a joint account….what a joke
Mary should be fired for denying to cash checks !!! She is obviously incompetent and a liar !! Would give zero stars but I’m forced to give one so this can post !! Horrible customer service and we have been banking with BOA for several years !!
