This is a decent branch location however sometimes the employees can be quite rude I would say about 4 times out of 5 I have a great experience but I usually choose another location if possible if I need to use the lobby the drive-thru ATMs are a bit narrow and very difficult to exit from during busy times of day

I liked the way they take care me, special Nydia Valenzuela, senior Banker, I now her about for 4 years.im very happy with Bank of America I been with theme for 28 years.
Doors locked at 3:20pm.. hours are 4pm. Why? And only open until 4pm, Why? Thanks for costing me time and money.
ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION in Arizona. UPDATE!! After posting this review BofA EXTENDED a hold on one of their own cashier's check. Bank of America will PLAY GAMES with your money. They also REMOVED my comments on INSTAGRAM. DO NOT TRUST a corporation willing to be this petty. Personal account 29years. Business account 10years. As a BLACK man, I have no words at how disgusted I am with BofA.
