This review is not just for the 3100 S University location but for BoA in total. First, this location. The bank has a phone number, but if you call it, someone will pick up and immediately hang up. If you call back, you get a message saying everyone is busy with customers, but you can make an appointment to come in. If I wanted to come in, if I were able to come in, I would not phone them! Everyone in this bank is really nice. They just don’t have enough staff working here. They need to hire more staff. Every time I come here I’m waiting for over 30 minutes to an hour.
I've had several Balance Assist Loans (All Payments Were Made On Time) from BOA and when I Desperately Needed another one, they Declined Me. Now I have to wait 2 to 5 days before I'm able to find out why! I'm just Very Upset because when I Needed BOA the Most, they were Not there for me! I Will Remember this, especially when I start to decide if Transferring Everything I have to my Credit Union! (I tried to do that some time ago, but my wife said "No").
