Just spoke with the brunette lady at the front desk and explained what I needed just for her to be snarky and rude I could go on about how un-professional she was but im not gonna waste more time just dont go to this boa there a little slow... and lady if your reading this its okay just take a sip out of your 200$ Stanley water bottle and take a deep breathe it'll all be okay Tuesdays are rough for lazy people i get it.
Why does the phone ring if they refuse to answer it. Over a year and I can never get anyone to answer the phone, I call several times in a row, different times of the day, different days of the week and nothing. Today's the last straw, I'm switching to a credit union.

I'm a new customer to Bank of America and everyone at this location was very friendly and welcoming. Racene Romero was super helpful and I am excited to keep working with her. They truly want the best for their customers.
