It is absolutely stupid that bank will not take coins unless you count and wrap them. What, no coin counting machine? Even Walmart has those. Another example of how banks are gutting services while increasing fees and making banking an even more unknowable experience.
I have been a customer for many years and the service I received at this branch was phenomenal. From the Merrill Advisor, Jesse, to the branch manager Ari & their amazing banker Jen, this branch gives incredible customer service that shows they are dedicated to the clients in their community. I’ve been banking with Bank of America for 20 years and they won’t even let me cash a check written from my husband from a credit union down the street. Every time I go in there, it’s something frustrating and the teller that was working Today not helpful, It’s almost like she delights and not giving you any money. And no, my account was not upside down. I am going to be canceling my business account and my personal account as soon as possible. Thanks to the teller working today, October 20, 2025

They gave me false info just so I can open an account and when I deposit my check I was told I could have it in 24 hours only for it too be with held from me for a week and two days and counting...
