Had a great experience today with Adolpho helping me open a new account. Very pleasant, courteous and thorough. Took much less time to get in and out than i had expected. His customer service was outstanding.
Drive thru ATM's aren't very busy. You rarely have to wait.
I would give zero stars if I could. The manager also door guard at this location is absolutely horrendous with customer service. We have a corporate account for our business which is located inside the Tucson mall which up until recently had a drop box for mall tenants. They removed the drop box and when going in to this location asking for a key they told us we could use the night drop there because it doesn't have a lock.
