I was very happy with the professional help from Claudia Rodriguez at this branch. Oracle rd and Limberlost Dr. She helped me open my account. There were alot of technical engagements. She was patient and knowledgeable. I was greeted by staff. Quite a pleasure!
2:30pm appointment and now it is 4pm and still no one help.
Terrible customer service
closing my account , they want you to keep $20,000 of "Dead Money " in your checking account or pay a $25 a month service fee . Going down the street to Hughes federal credit union where they have , No minimum Free Checking ....
