I would give zero stars if I could. The manager also door guard at this location is absolutely horrendous with customer service. We have a corporate account for our business which is located inside the Tucson mall which up until recently had a drop box for mall tenants. They removed the drop box and when going in to this location asking for a key they told us we could use the night drop there because it doesn't have a lock. I was very happy with the professional help from Claudia Rodriguez at this branch. Oracle rd and Limberlost Dr. She helped me open my account. There were alot of technical engagements. She was patient and knowledgeable. I was greeted by staff. Quite a pleasure!
2:30pm appointment and now it is 4pm and still no one help.
