Went in to get change for a $50 bill. They said I needed an account to do that. What kind of bank makes you get an account to get change?
Horrible customer service
Asked teller to explain how apple pay worked. She rolled her eyes and asked the gentleman behind her to help me. I did tell her she could've explained it to me and didn't have to roll her eyes ... Walked out. Very unprofessional.
This bank smells like crayons & The service sucks!!!!!
It's bull, they try and "make you" open an account in order to cash a check over a certain amount even if it's issued to there bank.. They suck ass
