Attempted to deposit a check under $300 that I’ve deposited before. I’ve been a Bank of America customer for over 15 years and have more than sufficient funds. After a 10-minute wait, the teller said she needed to “verify” the check and call the account holder even though the account holder is also a Bank of America customer.
