Great customer service skills. From communicating over the phone to talking in person everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Joseph Keck took care of me and was very respectful and supportive.
Only bank in America that closes at 4.
Zero sense of customer respect or urgency.. I came in yesterday with no one in line in front of me and waited ten minutes for a responce.. Because the teller needed help from the manager.After ten minutes the manager walks over and says did you need help? I'm like, no I'm just standing in your bank for my health..even then, no rush or anything I'm on there time and it shows! Professionalism is going out the window along with common courtesy, these days.
