Today my wife and I visited the bank to complete a transaction. When we entered, we were greeted by the receptionist, but we felt that she was not very welcoming or friendly. After that, we worked with an employee named Kim. It may be because our English is not very strong, but throughout the transaction her attitude made us feel somewhat discriminated against and not respected. You will feel very uncomfortable at this branch because the receptionist seems to constantly watch customers and whisper with coworkers whenever someone makes a mistake or has a problem. It creates an atmosphere where you feel judged instead of supported. If you make even a small error, she appears to start talking about it with her colleagues, which makes customers feel embarrassed and disrespected. Unfortunately i was not able to give 5 stars to Mike Klezaras of the Limestone Branch of Bank of America. Mr Klezaras Assistant Branch Manager has been absolutely great. They have been kind and very friendly when i come in once a month to cash my Bank of America retirement check They are fast and very courteous. Mr. Klezaras today 9/15 wss so helpful just like his entire teller staff. I don't know if this review will get to him or to his office but i just want again to say thank you to everyone at this brsnch.
