Worth the drive from Delaware. Miss Anabel Torres ("Ana") was a huge help with the issue I had, super knowledgeable and efficient. No big sales pitches for something I don't need. I can't speak for everyone else's experience, but if she's the one helping you, you're in good hands. I wish I had a BoA that was closer but I'll be returning if I need anything else in the future.
Just tried contacting someone at our local BOA (Baltimore Pike/Concordville)Called 4 times at 12:05pm and No one ever answered the phone! WoW!!
