I would not recommend this location to anyone. They always make everything into a big problem instead of helping their customers. It’s definitely not a convenient place if you expect good customer service.
I needed to complete an internal wire. It was handed promptly with professionalism by Alex. I feel confident my transaction will be handled.
I had a very pleasant experience at the Glen Mills branch. I was greeted when I walked in, 3 employees offered assistance. They helped resolve the issue I went there for. I didn’t catch everyone’s name unfortunately, but Mark and Alex assisted me. There was a very nice young lady who helped when I first arrived. Thanks to her as well!
The greeter wasn’t to friendly I went to cash a check , she then told me that if I cashed my check it was a chance it wouldn’t go thru … basically I feel like she pushed me away instead of helping me out!!! Never will go here again just go to PA !!!! Staff not helpful at all… NO STARS THEY MADE ME PICK ONE TO POST
