This is the worst bank of america specialist the Spanish guy he talk to me bad the are lazy the don't want to work and they don't do nothing just talk with others workersÂ
Tellers told me I couldn't withdraw funds from my account because it has been closed by BOA with no logical explanation. I was told my funds would be mailed to me in 5-10 business days. I called customer service who informed me the account was frozen as a security measure and we were quickly able to get it activated once again. Tellers shouldnt be misinforming clients, if they dont have answers they shouldn't pull them out of thin air. I will never bank at this location againÂ
