I've recently started visiting this BOA branch, and the service has been outstanding. The staff, including Greg, Gregory Handy, Magdalena, and the branch manager (unfortunately I couldn’t get his name), are exceptionally polite and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met. This bank is managed exceptionally well, and I'm definitely going to continue my business here due to the exceptional experience.

Had a very disappointing experience with a representative named Maria Magdalena Grabowski at this Bank of America branch. She appeared overwhelmed and had difficulty maintaining a clear, professional conversation. She frequently interrupted, seemed distracted, and didn’t demonstrate a strong understanding of the banking services. I hope management can offer her additional training, as I did not feel confident in her ability to help with my banking needs.
