Had a very disappointing experience with a representative named Maria Magdalena Grabowski at this Bank of America branch. She appeared overwhelmed and had difficulty maintaining a clear, professional conversation. She frequently interrupted, seemed distracted, and didn’t demonstrate a strong understanding of the banking services. I hope management can offer her additional training, as I did not feel confident in her ability to help with my banking needs.
If I could give less than one star I surely would! Went in this location to set up an account for my son. There was a lady with an iPad asking customers if they needed help. There was a couple who needed an interpreter, a man who needed a signature for his retirement account, and us. The lady told the one couple she could not help them, but they didn't understand her. We went in here to set-up a checking account for my son. It was 4 pm and the bank was pretty empty. There was one guy waiting for a signature and a couple waiting for service but was waiting for a translator. We were approached by a lady with an iPad asking how she can help us. When we mentioned we wanted to open an account, they can’t do it unless they schedule an appointment. It’s “Bank of Americas” policy.
