Gabriel was very courteous and knowledgeable, was a big help. Drawback however can't EVER get a live person on the phone, and never get a scheduled callback.
I went to Bank of America today the front desk ladies were mean right away making racist jokes thinking i didn’t understand they keeped on going on after she made small talk and realized i am a navy officer and changed her personality.Never will i return to this location i hope management can deal with there employees.
I am super disappointed with Bank of America’s service at Hullen Mall. I have tried contacting my account representative multiple times via calls and emails regarding important matters affecting most of my accounts, but I have received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when urgent action is required to keep my accounts secure. I hope the bank addresses these issues promptly and improves their customer support.
I love this place! The remodel looks awesome!
