Went in for a deposit and had no issues. The teller was nice and professional.

Their touch screens are not very responsive
The fact that there's been only poor reviews for over 2 years should have let Corporate know something is wrong here by now. The service I got was not unfriendly, but not until a bank manager had come over to basically interrogate me while I waited in line for a teller. He acted sketchy enough to make me uncomfortable and suspect he thought I was a criminal or homeless. Neither of which are his business as long as my account is active. The only reason I'd gone in was due to the ATM outside not working.
