"I had a deeply disappointing experience at this bank when I came in to help my disabled brother with a cashier's check. The teller and the manager were incredibly rude, dismissed our request, and told us to go to the issuing branch instead, where we fortunately experienced much better service. To make matters worse, we were unable to get the help we needed regarding a lost bank card, adding to the stress of a situation that should have been handled smoothly. I would not recommend this bank."
This bank has been here for a fairly long time. Only thing I don't like is the exit. Can't make a turn to go South on Hulen st. (Left turn) Nor left turn on the other street Barwick either... Yeah just Street navigating is a hassle. Other than that it's a decent branch nice clean and friendly staff.
I opened an account 2 weeks ago online no problem told I was approved for the account and a debit card will be on the way… received debit card a week later then I opened a savings account online no problem. I was able to deposit 220 in the account at a ATM to pay bills with the account. 2 hours after depositing the money my account is all of a sudden being closed down with no phone or email notification saying they need me to go into a branch and my money is locked to the account until I go into the branch and show two forms... read more
