Zero stars. My brother in another state has a checking account with BofA, we had a POA done and notarized so that I could handle his finances now that he is in a nursing home but BofA would not honor the POA because he had initialed items on the POA after it had been notarized. BofA was not helpful or sympathetic at all, I'll have to make a quick trip to my brother to have him sign 100 checks to use.
