I can not say enough negative remarks about the customer service at this location. I came in for a wire transfer and apparent condescending âmanagerâ ask me the same question 5 times!!!!! Do you have your debit cardâŠDid he expect the answer to change!!!! No solutions no problem solving abilities no actual desire to resolve my situation.Â
The wait is always exhausting, itâs like a circus with no ring leader.Â
They REALLY need to have more than 1 teller helping customers!Â
