Nice little Bank of America! The Branch Manager Rich greeted me and made sure all went well! Mike was very helpful in solving my issues and Natasha was very nice in checking me in! Very pleasant experience!
That branch should be closed and replaced with something that truly adds value to our community. The customer service is consistently subpar, and the lack of competence is apparent every time I visit. Today, I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes while the branch manager took a personal phone call. When she finally acknowledged me, she said she had an appointment in 10 minutes and couldn’t help me, instructing me to come back in an hour. This was for a simple five-minute wire transfer which couldn’t be done online.
My Mom, Dad and I had the best experience with the Lake Forest associates. Great attitudes and help by Teresa and Jessica. Thank you both!
Today I went to this place to open a new bank account. Mr. Keegan Kullby helped me with everything I needed. He was very friendly. He opened the account very quickly and made me understand everything about it. Very good service. It was given to me by its staff..highly recommend this place..once again thank you mr keegan.
