The first Teller I experience was excellent, I did not catch her name. However Mary and the manager at this location are absolutely ridiculous. Made me feel like complete shit, made me feel like I was some crook trying to get away with a bad check from the University at which I attend for living expenses. Honestly surprised this place had a 2 star average, it should be lower. I left here extremely frustrated by the teller unable to do basic math, then try to gaslight me. Will probably completely change banks soon even as a 20 year customer if this is how they run their locations close to home.

Its great if you like atms that dont take money and these geniuses put one atm behind the other instead of side by side, so if the person behind is done first they are stuck. Seriously, more money than god and you clowns cant figure out how to get an atm that works. And thanks for closing down the other location nearby with no replacement.
I had a great experience at Bank of America! Janice was very helpful and patient while helping me add my wife to my bank account. They explained everything clearly and made the process super easy. Excellent customer service — really appreciate their professionalism and kindness!
