I’ve been a client with Bank of America for a while and so has my mother. We always come to this branch since we used to live close by. The service is always great. I want to give a special shout out to Sebin and Ronny; they both assisted me with my transactions and inquiries and I left very satisfied with their attention to resolve my requests. They were patient, diligent and worked as a team to make as easy and smooth as possible for me. Thank you both!!! 🙏🏽

This bank seems like it’s on its way out. The outside looks older, the inside looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90’s, and the staff are always slow to react/respond. I walked in today and saw 4 people behind the counter, with 5 people in line, and only one teller of the four was actually helping people. This is the worst Bank of America branch I've ever stepped inside . Entire ceiling is full of mold & mildew. Instant headache when I walk in. Workers are slowest I've seen. Worst Bank of America ever avoid at all costs. Ive from Oakland Ca and they have nicer banks there. That's saying ALOT
